I show women how to heal anxiety naturally.
For many years I experienced regular migraines and IBS. They affected my day job, with me having regular sick days and my weekends where I'd often be in bed with a migraine for a whole day.
Then I learnt how to release stress and tension from my body and how to continually connect with my body to stop the stress and tension recurring.
