Revive Retreat

Revive retreat is a time for you to come back to yourself.

It’s a space where you can be you – not mother, father, carer, employee – but your pure, whole, beautiful self.

In the morning we will explore the power of breathwork in helping us to regulate our nervous systems and I will teach you some techniques that you can take away and use every day to manage your nervous system going forwards – whether that is to calm it down or energise it.

The afternoon is reserved for pure bliss! We will have a longer conscious connected breathwork session for a proper reset, there will be a sound bath and we will finish with a beautiful yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is yogic sleep; a state similar to that place we enter just before we drift off to sleep, when we are completely relaxed but still aware.
