Thank you for your interest in HERstory.  We are so excited to have the opportunity to hold this special event for you.

This is a 5 hour event, held in the beautiful village of Itchenor.

During the day we will:

Identify our limiting labels and stories inherited from those we share our environment with.

Break the belief around these labels and stories.

We will use healing techniques, coaching and breath work among other modalities to let go of these stories.

There will be time and space for deep reflection.

Return to the essence of who you are with our guidance and Love.

You will write a new story in line with who you are and what you want, one that lifts you up & lets you step into your power and uniqueness.

We will give you everything you need to (re) write History.
