Strings

Using Conscious Connected Breath we will explore the theme of strings. The theme of this breathwork came about due to my love of stringed instruments (I play the Classical Guitar) but it also reflects my journey during my breathwork course, where I have become more aware of the intelligence of the body.

Strings vibrate at different frequencies and each unique vibration produces a different sound. During this session, I invite you to tune into your own vibrations and the feelings they evoke.
