Breathwork is amazing for helping to manage anxiety - it’s a direct route to your nervous system; a way of immediately bringing yourself from an aroused and anxious state to a place of calm and rest. Breathwork has had such a positive impact on all the clients that I’ve worked with in helping them to manage anxiety, I want to share it with you and that’s why I’m offering these sessions for free.

I’ll be showing you some calming and grounding breathwork techniques and some other techniques to try that will allow you to manage feelings of anxiety.
