Breakfast Revive Online

Breakfast revive is a time once a month for you to come back to yourself.

It’s a space where you can be you – not mother, father, carer, employee – but your pure, whole, beautiful self.

It’s built on the tradition of coming together in circle. Circles are a sacred space, created with the intention of everyone feeling safe, heard, held and witnessed on their journeys through life. It’s a space free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise.

What's Included?

Every session will include breathwork and there will be chance to share in circle.

There’ll also be some new things to try each session, like meditation or mantra or reiki healing.
