On this half day mind & body shop you will learn how to use breathwork to move from stress & anxiety to peace and calm.

​

You'll be in the comfort of your own home, safe, and warm.

What you will learn;

  • Understand what is meant by the term breathwork

  • Different types of breathwork and why we would use each one

  • Understand how the different breathworks affect our mind & body

  • Try out some different types of breathwork

  • Understand how functional day to day breathing patterns affect health

  • Measure the efficiency of your day to day breathing

  • Take away some breath practices to improve your functional breathing, based on your current breathing efficiency

  • Explore how breathwork can be paired with sound

  • Try out some breathwork using sound

  • Find out which breathwork types work for you

  • Begin to explore how to use breathwork in your life

  • Finish with a chance to experience an hour’s breathwork guided session.

 

There's  a downloadable manual included,  containing all the information covered during the retreat day and videos recapping the techniques so that you can refer back to them whenever you need.
