Just so you know you are in good hands, let's get the qualifications bit done.
I'm a qualified personal coach (registered at Associate Level with the International Coaching Federation) and a trauma informed breathwork coach. As a breathwork coach I have over 400 hours of training.

I will show you how to overcome anxiety without needing to numb yourself with drugs or alcohol and without having to numb your feelings and close down your heart to your loved ones because you needed to protect yourself to cope with the anxiety.

What you will Learn on the Workshop
Learn how to recognise when the thought spiral starts, so that you can be more present in your life and with your loved ones.

Begin to understand what your own unique thought triggers are. This will allow you to consciously react in a more positive way when you know those triggers are present

Learn how to replace anxious thoughts with thoughts that will help you feel calmer and more in control every day

Learn how to let go of anxious thoughts, using coaching approaches, breathwork and meditation techniques. You will no longer become trapped in a downward thought spiral

Get out of your head and into your body! It's by doing this that we can become more present and learn how to calm the mind

We will finish the session with a lovely guided breathwork, where you will feel completely calm and at ease, all snuggled up in the comfort of your own home
